• Responsible for leading the creation and management of learning and development initiatives for 2,300 employees across India, London, Australia, Germany, and North America. I managed the full cycle of these programs, from analysis and design to implementation and evaluation. By working closely with the Director of Communication and Leadership Development, I ensured that each program aligned with organizational goals and supported employee growth on a global scale.

  • Teaching graduate-level courses in leadership development and organizational behavior, I focus on practical, real-world applications to help students become effective leaders. Utilizing adult learning principles, I create engaging learning experiences that prepare students for leadership roles. Nominated for Faculty of the Year from 2019 to 2023, this recognition reflects my passion for supporting student success and dedication to academic excellence.

  • Led a complete overhaul of the learning structure for 2,700 employees, managing a team of six to develop a new Performance Management Lifecycle that incorporated four integrated learning paths. Introduced a unified learning philosophy and ecosystem to ensure continuous development across the organization. This initiative was carried out in close collaboration with the Associate Director of Human Resources, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for emotional intelligence and organizational culture within the Learning, Education, and Development (LEAD) team, I spearheaded the leadership development program. This included senior-level facilitation, executive coaching, and the creation of change management strategies that ensured smooth transitions during leadership restructuring. Reporting directly to the LEAD Manager, I ensured all initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
